I do this work because I feel passionate about supporting people as they navigate challenging life circumstances and create a life that is authentically meaningful. My goal as a therapist is to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and valued for exactly who they are.

I believe that:

  • Therapy looks different for everyone. I am all about tailoring the experience of therapy to YOU and your unique needs, preferences, and story. I will be an active guide in the process, while always valuing your experience and input, and adjusting course accordingly. Together, we can co-create a space that feels as supportive and safe as possible for you to do the work of healing and growth, which can be— let’s be real— inherently uncomfortable.

  • Life is MESSY. She’s serving chaos, stress, and curveballs left and right. And unfortunately… the messiness is probably more common than “everything going like it should.” Still, you don’t have to navigate the mess alone. If you feel lost, overwhelmed, or have no idea what to do next— let me be a partner on your path. We can work on cultivating and increasing your access to the strengths you already have inside, but may not always know how to tap into right now.

  • We all have a right to music. As a board-certified music therapist, I believe music is one of the most impactful and accessible resources we have. I strive to help people challenge perfectionism and step into a “good enough” mindset, and to find ways of connecting with music that support their growth and healing. (With that said, it’s always completely your choice whether/how you’d like to incorporate music therapy into our work together.)

My purpose at The Gaia Center is to offer a compassionate, encouraging space for you to heal what’s hurting, and develop your innate strengths, so you feel even more aligned with your true self and what makes life meaningful for YOU.

I am passionate about supporting folks through life transitions and exploration of identity / sense of self, as well as helping people tap into their own creative expression— especially if they tell themselves they’re “not creative.” I work with adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use / addiction, and body image challenges.

Human First:

When I’m not working, I’m making music for myself, reading cheesy romance books, or exploring new restaurants around the city. My favorite band is Fleetwood Mac, I loveeee Edley’s BBQ, and I’m a 3w2 enneagram!
