A therapy group for progressive women+* in Nashville who are ready to go from feeling isolated or stuck to cultivating deep connection with yourself and other women… without another freaking Zoom call** or app 😵‍💫

It’s HARD out there, y’all— trying to make friends as an adult PERIOD, and trying connect with other women in a context that’s not just about superficial crap or being “party friends” without real substance.

…especially when lot of people haven’t done their own work yet and have limited self-awareness and conscientiousness. 🫠

If you’ve been…

  • Feeling lonely and disconnected (often from yourself AND others)

  • Scrolling mindlessly to distract yourself from that empty feeling or having to face all the things on your place

  • Thinking, “This shouldn’t be so f*cking difficult… is there something wrong with ME?”

  • Feeling stuck in your own healing and growth work

  • Falling into patterns of people-pleasing, self doubt, imposter syndrome, and negative self-talk

…then you belong here.

*women+ = female-identifying, nonbinary, femme

**Zoom fatigue is real, but we do like to offer virtual options to increase accessibility to group! If you’re interested in a fully virtual group, let us know— we have a waitlist for a virtual group that will begin once we have enough members ready to start!

This group, “Coming Home to Yourself,” will support you in learning how to feel more comfortable in your own skin and take up space in your life.

Why group therapy?

Individual therapy can be great, but often it can be inaccessible financially, incredibly hard to find the right fit with someone who actually has availability, AND it isn’t always the be-all-end-all for growth & healing— especially when you’re wanting deeper connection and more authentic relationships. Interpersonal group work is POWERFUL, y’all.

Our clients often tell us that coming to group is one of the things in their calendar that they always look forward to.

We know you’re busy, which is why this group meets twice/month in the evening. And we believe it is one of the best investments you can make in yourself.

Examples of topics we’ll explore: self-worth, anxiety, trauma, body image, relationship with food, boundaries, spirituality, & deepening a sense of hope and meaning in a troubled world.

A minimum 3-month initial commitment (attending 6+ sessions) is required to allow the group experience/connections to deepen and flourish. It’s okay if you have to miss one session during your initial 3 months, but we are seeking to build a core group of mostly-consistent attendees. Most group members choose to continue past their initial 3 months, though it is not required.

*In-Person Groups: While we recommend that group members attend in-person whenever able, we are also able to accommodate occasional virtual attendance.

About Your Group Leaders

Kalaway Voss, MS

I love working with folks to explore and discover the many dimensions of your being and what this means in your life, relationships, and wellbeing. I love listening to 90’s music, gabbing about archetypes, and curating spaces that feel safe both in feeling and physical form.

Kaycee Whiteside, LMSW
I am passionate about supporting my clients in feeling safer in their bodies, developing self-compassion, and becoming more fully present and connected in their lives. I love sushi, lavender (the plant and the color), advocating for human rights, spending time in nature, and watching documentaries.

Emerson Ryder, MS
I am called to do this work by my belief in collective care, and my desire to experience— and help others experience— deeper human connection. When I’m not working, you can find me in my PJ’s with a crisp Dr. Pepper in hand, doing skincare and reading my horoscope, watching cooking videos with my boyfriend, and out to dinner with my besties.
