I do this work because I want to empower others to permanently change their family tree by putting an end to the impact of intergenerational trauma. My goal is to support all my clients in cultivating greater confidence and self-acceptance that will improve their lives from the inside out. I am also passionate about supporting clients with sexual difficulties to heal and develop an empowered, satisfying sex life.

I believe that:

  • We should aim to be the thermostat, not the thermometer: You set the temperature, and don’t give others the power to “push your buttons.” We can only do this through creating healthy boundaries, which is vital to sustainable relationships and self-care.

  • Learning is a lifelong journey that extends far beyond any academic graduation. Developing the practice of learning and self-reflection through cultivating mindfulness, trying new things, going to therapy, etc., improves your self-awareness and empowers you to become the badass you were made to be.

  • Preparing yourself for each day in an intentional way, consistently over time, actually rewires your brain to shift more quickly from automatic negative thoughts to a mindset that’s more supportive of your wellbeing in every way— mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Think it, Say it, Do it.

  • It is essential to maintain a piece of you that is just for yourself. Every day, we give pieces of ourselves to our job, family, community, pets, friends, partner— the list goes on. At the end of the day, you might feel like there’s just nothing left. But regardless of your circumstances, you can absolutely learn to manage your energy and set boundaries in such a way that honors this need.

  • Everyone has right to a healthy, pleasure-filled sexual life. With comprehensive education, empathetic guidance, and a commitment to destigmatizing sexual challenges, I aim to create a supportive and open environment where clients can navigate and embrace their intimate selves without the added burden of shame or confusion.

My purpose at The Gaia Center is to help you discover the amazing person that is already inside you, by healing what feels broken and uncovering strengths in yourself you didn’t even realize were there.

I know what it’s like to be bullied and taken advantage of— which is why I’m so passionate about helping folks who feel powerless to find their power again. I also love working with clients who are struggling with self-image and identity, as well as with challenges related to anxiety, depression, sexuality, and trauma.

Human First:

When I’m not working, I’m binge-watching Chopped and Guy’s Grocery Games on Food Network, or watching the latest video games via Twitch with my hubby and our baby boy. From twerking in heels class, to pirouettes in ballet, I love connecting with my body through joyful movement. You’ll also find me cruising the open road to a soundtrack of neo-soul and R&B.
