We’re all a little more sane on the days we fit in a decent morning routine.
In this unique class, you’ll get a whole morning routine in an hour, and walk out feeling energized , cup-filled, and ready to take on the rest of the week.

Rise & Shine is a gentle, grounding way to begin your Wednesday in community.

We’ll move through ~30 minutes of yoga + qigong, then settle into meditation, journaling, tea, and simple connection—so you can flow into the rest of your week feeling more rooted, replenished, and present in your body.

This class is welcoming, low-pressure, and open to all experience levels. Come as you are, move at your own pace, and give yourself the gift of an hour in the middle of the week to breathe, reset, and reconnect—with yourself and with others.

Think of it as a midweek sunrise ritual— a little movement, a little stillness, a little reflection, and a little reminder that you’re not in this alone. Whether you’re craving structure, softness, or simply a reason to get out of bed and into your body, you’re welcome here.

Our space is not a traditional yoga studio (we’re using our lovely group room, The Oasis), so each class is limited to 6 participants— we recommend signing up early!

Class is $25 each (or $100 for a 5-pack), making it easy to come weekly or join when your schedule allows. And every 3rd Wednesday of the month is donation-based (pay-what-you-can), with proceeds supporting Healing in the Margins, a non-profit we love that supports BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ mental health in Tennessee (for both clients and clinicians).

What to Expect

🌱 We’ll start with about 30 minutes of movement— usually a mix of yoga and qigong. No prior experience required, accessible to all levels.

🌱 Then our minds will be well-prepared for about 10 minutes of meditation practice — a blend of gentle guidance and silence

🌱 We’ll then do 10 minutes of journaling to process what came up during practice or just “clear the pipes” before you start your day

🌱 Last, we’ll end with 10 minutes of social connection (very low-pressure)— perhaps sharing something that came up during your practice, or just connecting with some new folks.
